Happy Dongzhi Festival 2006

Today is Dongzhi Festival (冬至), or Winter Solstice Festival for the English term, which mean midwinter festival and is celebrated by Chinese. During this time the Chinese will eat the cute little rice ball called Tangyuan (ζ±€εœ†). It had been quite some time i didn’t eat Tangyuan already, kind of miss them though. πŸ˜›

Selamat Hari Raya 2006

While two days ago the Hindus were celebrate Deepavali, today it’s the Malay turn to celebrate the Hari Raya!!

Wishing Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri to all the Muslims in Malaysia!! It’s a celebration for all the Muslims in Malaysia after a month of fasting, where people celebrate it by having ketupat and many other traditional Malay food, nyam~~ :mrgreen:

Happy Deepavali

Mid-Autumn Festival

Mid-Autumn Festival or Mooncake Festival or Lantern Festival, whatever it called, in chinese we call it as δΈ­η§‹θŠ‚, is a chinese traditional festival where people celebrate it by eating moon cakes and playing lantern by hanging it around their house.

It’s a wonderful festival, especially when you get the chance to eat moon cakes. Mooncake Festival reminds me of moon cakes (duh), i miss moon cakes so much, been few years already i didn’t eat moon cakes… πŸ˜₯
